Flowers were real nice and delivered on time. It might be helpful if the delivery folks would text the recepient so they know to look on the porch.

Incorrect order, horrible customer service

I took a chance ordering from ProFlowers because of their sale, but what a mistake! They got the order wrong, and it seems from other reviews, that's quite common with them. When I reached out to them about the issue, they said “… your satisfaction is extremely important to us” and the only thing they did was refund the missing item. Wow, I didn't pay for something that I didn't receive - that's what they consider exceptional customer service. I will NEVER order from them again.

Split and messed up order, rude customer service

Ordered a bouquet with chocolate for a birthday. To my surprise, they delivered them separately (!) I got an email saying "Your Order was [sic] Delivered".

I couldn't even check which was delivered, because their crappy Order History page only shows some cryptic order numbers, but not the actual product that was ordered. One of them was still in transit.

I tried the Online Chat to talk to them about this, but the rep was incredibly curt (nazi-style) and kept pestering me for verification details when I had already supplied the order number, the billing name, and the recipient name.

This isn't the Pentagon, guys. Chill and listen to my feedback. But nope, the agent closed the chat in my face. Never had an experience like that.

I will never use ProFlowers again.

Also, the prices are ridiculous - you can get the same bouquet for about 30% of the price at a local flower shop - but all online flower deliveries do this.

Another problem - their interface with the delivery service (ShopRunner) is buggy, and ShopRunner sent me an email with the wrong delivery info and bouquet color.

The order did arrive, but the chocolates were shuffled (they were supposed to spell "HAPPY BDAY", but got all mixed up in the box). The flowers looked more or less like in the photo, but underwhelming for what I paid.

Unreliable and not helpful

I have used Proflowers several times in the past because they were an easy "go to". Most often there was a problem with the quality or the delivery. Recently I had a death in the family and needed to send several arrangements to different areas. Again, I used Proflowers due to convivence. Huge mistake! Confirmed orders magically disappeared among other issues. I spent hours on this project and even more trying to rectify. The man on the phone was demeaning and suggested that skip the personal sentiments in the notes and just say, "sorry for your loss" since he was going to manually re-enter all of my orders. Enough!

TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE

My first order of flowers was cancelled for no apparent reason. Was told by their customer service department they didn't know why and I should place another order then call them AGAIN to get a 30% discount. Kim assured me he would put a note in my order noting the discount. After doing that, I called customer service AGAIN as instructed and they had no idea what I was talking about! After spending 2 hours on the phone with them, getting disconnected two times, all they offered me was free shipping. They said their computer system would not allow them to issue more than one discount per order. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! There was no supervisor to talk to. Then my credit card was charged FOR THE FULL AMOUT WITH NO DISCOUNT APPLIED! I have not seen any refund or discount applied to my credit card, It was an absolutely AWFUL experience and I would highly advise everyone NEVER to use proflowers to send anything to anyone. I am disgusted with everything about them

CS could care less and obviously lied to me. I looked like a fool to my lado love dearly. I can screw my own life with out an assistant costing me $85 bucks.

Will I have to call the recipient and ask her to take a photo of the flowers?? The reviews are so bad...didn't read them before! If they are not as good as this high priced gift should be you will hear from me again. What can I expect...so embarassing. Please reassure me.

A:

You're going to have to call to see if the recipient even received them. When I ordered from ProFlowers, the flowers were never delivered and when I contacted customer service I was told they couldn't be delivered until 4 days after the event for which I ordered them. Customer service did not see the issue and felt this was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.

STAY AWAY! These guys contract w/ local florists near the delivery destination. Big problem is they don't even verify or know if there IS a local florist. Idiots. Look at Yelp or any other similar site for a florist in the area where you want your gift delivered-- you'll save a lot of fees & get beautiful flowers/plants too! The local businesses have too much at risk to screw up!
